Further to my previous post I wish to add the following content:-
CHALLENGE CAUTION:-
Do not accept my challenge unless you comply with the following requirements:-
1. You must be currently using heavy weights in your training.
2. You must visit your doctor and get his or her opinion on your current ability to accept my challenge.
3. If you accept my challenge and you injure yourself in the contest, you are responsible for your medical and related expenses.
4.You must approach your gymnasium where you will perform the deadlift before two witnesses. The witnesses will certify where, when and what the weight of your best effort in the DEAD LIFT is. The deadlift must be performed with a bar and loose weights. A deadlift on machines does not count because when using machines the leverage principle comes into play. It is a well known fact that one can lift more weight on machines than on loose weights. The one exception is the smith machine.
You will also be required to do the following lifts on the SMITH MACHINE:-
1. SQUAT
2. BENCH PRESS
3, MILITARY PRESS
Once sufficient time has elapsed then I will approach the GUINESS BOOK ADMINISTRATORS OF WORLD RECORDS for a televised competition to establish who is the WORLDS STRONTEST PERSON IN THE CATEGORY EIGHTY YEARS AND OLDER.
